How does the AI email assistant work?

Our AI assistant uses large language models (LLMs) to understand and categorize your emails automatically. You can give simple instructions to create your own labels, like "Put all sales inquiries about my company Acme Industries in 'Sales Interest'" or "Label anything that requires my immediate attention as 'Urgent'". The assistant works 24/7 to keep your inbox organized so you can focus on what matters most.

What email categories does the AI create?

The AI automatically creates categories like Actionable, Awaiting Response, Responded, FYI, Notification, and Marketing. You can also create unlimited custom categories by giving simple instructions. For example, you could say "Label all emails about project deadlines as 'Time Sensitive'" or "Put anything mentioning budget or costs in 'Financial Decisions'".

Is my email data secure?

Yes, absolutely. We never store any email contents. We only categorize your emails using an LLM and update the label on Gmail. We only store your labeling rules and instructions so we can apply the labels to your emails correctly. We store email metadata (not the content) to track what emails have been labeled. You can easily revoke Gmail access to our application. We take security exceptionally seriously.

How do I create custom email categories?

In the dashboard, navigate to the Categorization section. There, you can create custom categories by giving simple instructions. Just tell the AI what you want, like "Label all emails about customer complaints as 'Support Issues'" or "Put anything mentioning new product launches in 'Product Updates'". The AI understands natural language and will apply these rules to your emails automatically.

What happens if the AI makes a mistake?

You have full control over the prompt for the AI to categorize emails. If the AI makes mistakes, you can update the prompt to clarify your instructions as much as you like. For example, if emails about "budget" are being miscategorized, you can refine your prompt to be more specific like "Only label emails that specifically mention budget decisions or budget approval as 'Financial Decisions'". This gives you complete control over how the AI understands and categorizes your emails.

Can I use this with other email providers besides Gmail?

Currently, we support Gmail integration. If you want other email clients supported, please reach out to us.

How much does the service cost?

We offer a free Starter plan that includes 100 emails organized per month with basic LLM categorization and 3 custom categories. Our Executive plan is $5/month and includes unlimited email processing, advanced LLM categorization, unlimited custom categories, and priority support. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

How will I know when my emails are organized?

We categorize emails continuously and newly received email labels should be updated within seconds of being received.

Can I export my organized emails?

Yes! You can export your categorized emails from the dashboard. This feature allows you to download your organized email data in various formats for backup or analysis purposes. Your data always belongs to you, and you can export it at any time.

Will labeling affect my existing labels on Gmail?

Not at all, we keep labels separate. Your existing Gmail labels will remain completely untouched.

What if I don't want to use your product anymore, will my Gmail be restored to what it was like?

Yes, we will delete any labels we added so your Gmail looks exactly as when you joined us. Also we immediately clear any tokens so we no longer have access to your Gmail.
