Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time, and we will permanently delete the connection to your Gmail account.

Gmail Access Revocation

You can revoke our access to your Gmail account at any time through your Account Settings page. This will immediately stop all email processing. You can also revoke access on Google's side if you want to be extra sure.

Email Data

We read your email content for categorization but do not store it. We only retain email metadata including message ID, received date, categorization results (category assignments and confidence scores), and processing time as long as necessary to provide our service. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed. We may retain anonymized analytics data for up to 2 years to help improve our service.
